Are you passionate about helping people stay safe, active, and independent? We’re looking for a proactive and compassionate co-ordinator to lead our Falls Prevention Programme. You’ll work with health professionals and community partners to deliver impactful interventions, raise awareness, and reduce fall-related risks and injuries.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate falls prevention activities and training
  • Support personalised care planning and risk assessments
  • Build partnerships across health and community services
