You will be customer-focused, commercially aware, and committed to maximising profitability through effective venue operations.

The venue boasts outstanding bar and catering facilities, professional stage and technical equipment, a large commercial kitchen, retractable tiered seating, and one of the largest sprung wooden dance floors in Essex.
