Membership & Systems Administrator (Maternity Cover)
As a Membership and Systems Administrator for Impulse Leisure, you’ll be able to demonstrate excellent organisational, timekeeping, interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
The role will include ensuring the membership database is maintained accurately within the relevant timescales. We are looking for individuals who can provide an efficient and effective first point of contact for membership account related queries.
About the role
This is a fixed-term maternity cover post – ending before or at the end of January 2028.
The post is contracted for 20 hours a week. Working arrangements will be agreed in line with operational requirements. The postholder may be required to work any shift falling within the service's operating hours, such as:
Monday 10am – 2pm
Tuesday 10.15am – 2.15pm
Wednesday 10am – 2pm
Thursday 10am – 2pm
Friday 10am – 2pm
OR
Monday 2pm – 6pm
Tuesday 9.30am – 1.30pm
Wednesday 2pm – 6pm
Thursday 9.30am – 1.30pm
Friday 2pm – 6pm
